I have just had my book "The Pastor and the Matriarch of the German Underground and Their Times – A Polish Perspective" formatted for printing in Taiwan. They have also completed the design of the cover as a PDF, which I have uploaded to http://barwinski.net/documents/pastor_and_the_matriarch/cover.pdf.
